The pro versions of one of the most well known open source apps "simple mobile tools" are free Posted: 05 Jun 2021 02:20 AM PDT http://play.google.com/store/apps/dev?id=9070296388022589266 I am not the developer but I have used many of their apps for years. They are simple, lightweight and respect your privacy. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 05 Jun 2021 10:24 AM PDT Summary: Kiwi Browser ships with fake search engines that masquerade as Yahoo or Bing. They actually send all searches through their own servers, allowing Kiwi's owners to track what each user is searching for. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 05 Jun 2021 11:30 AM PDT Hey guys, I just published my first (real) application: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.booyakasha.capital_quiz. Recently I have noticed that all of the quizzes on the Play Store on the capital cities of the world look pretty poor/contain stuff that nobody really needs, so I decided to go ahead and make my own version! If you're interested, please let me know what you think! I'd love to hear your opinions and make this application better over time. Cheers! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 05 Jun 2021 05:30 AM PDT Any paid or free apps, which allow me to encrypt my text, chats or any journal information using a password and share it in the encrypted format? Some app which can encrypt or make my personal texts or any personal journal writing unreadable ? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 05 Jun 2021 11:00 AM PDT A gig app i use spams new orders and endlessly vibrates and rings the phone until you pick up the phone. i still need the notification ding and vibration, but i can't stand the fact that it endlessly spams it. it's so shitty. how can i stop this? Life logging / habit tracker app that track ranges Posted: 05 Jun 2021 11:45 AM PDT I need a "life logging app" also known as a habit tracker that allows me to:
I've looked around and so far found NOTHING, which is pretty incredible. The only close candidate is Keep track, but it blew off Tasker support in the latest version. It's also pretty messy and unsmooth to work around. I'd accept the result being a web app instead. Any suggestions? [link] [comments] |

How to be alerted when an Android app is on sale ? Posted: 04 Jun 2021 10:44 PM PDT I would like to follow sales from certain app like BuzzKill, Niagara qlauncher, Fews, etc. Is there an app to do this ? I want to ''follow'' apps then be alerted when they are on sales. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 05 Jun 2021 06:49 AM PDT I like using caller tune but I don't like it's UI. Is there any other app which has simalar features like it? [link] [comments] |
Calendar App Integrated with Microsoft To Do Posted: 05 Jun 2021 06:22 AM PDT Hi all... I am looking for a calendar app that integrates events and tasks. I used to manage tasks with TickTick (premium) and considering using only TT, but integration with Google Calendar is very poor, sync does not occur properly, well, it not work. Premium does not worth for me and I am canceling. Recently in Mac OS I start using Fantastical, because I need to simplify the amount of applications I use to control my commitments and tasks. Fantastical shows me google calendar (with a solid integration, no issues!!!) AND Microsoft To Do tasks, in calendar view. This is awesome and fill my needs to simplify my applications. But, I am not a full apple user: phone and tablet are Android. I looked for it here and I tested aCalendar, Business Calendar, Digical and Calengoo, but none of them seems to show me tasks from Microsoft To Do. I bought aCalender, because the tasks integration is a premium feature, but I receive one ERROR message trying to add my Microsoft To Do account. It seams it not work. So, I appeal to you. Do you know some Android calendar app, paid or not, that integrate with Microsoft To Do and shows tasks in same view (together with calendar)? Thank you.... [link] [comments] |
I want to graduate from Google Contacts Posted: 05 Jun 2021 09:56 AM PDT I have tried yesware, since it hooks into Google Contacts. So cloud support is good. I am looking for something better than google contacts. I have never used ACT! or goldmine. CardDAV is nice but not essential. Mainly, the deficiency with Google Contacts is that I want to see my most recently added contacts so that I don't forget to engage with them. Does the Google Contacts API (if one exists?) has this in it's metadata? Another problem is I have too many contacts, and I need to archive them (remove from current view but keep them forever), and it's too hard to do so in Google. Essentially I want a contact database, preferably free and open source. [link] [comments] |
Is there an app to give effect to things I'm listening to? Posted: 05 Jun 2021 04:54 AM PDT Like I was really getting into some old music recently, but I wanted a dirtier version of it, so I wanted to see if there was an app that acted like a filter making it sound like a radio, vinyl, etc [link] [comments] |
Disable bluetooth earphones microphone? Posted: 04 Jun 2021 08:27 PM PDT Wondering if there is something that could help me use bluetooth earbuds for audio, but disable the microphone on them. [link] [comments] |
What happens to those apps pulled out? Posted: 05 Jun 2021 07:13 AM PDT I know there are apps that were pulled out that can still be installed inside "my apps" library on the Play Store, and some others directly were pulled out for being too old or things like that, that cant be installed no matter what, theyre deleted entirely from the play store even if you bought them But what happens if an app is pulled out for new buyers, you bought it but tapped the X on the library? (i do it because I have many apps and its hard to keep track of them) You can't install them anymore even if you bought them? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 Jun 2021 08:50 PM PDT This app is really handy, but it isn't working on my Samsung galaxy M21. I tried reinstalling the app but it didn't help. can someone tell me an alternative or how to fix it ? [link] [comments] |
App for editing an ongoing video Posted: 05 Jun 2021 12:22 AM PDT I have a puppy who I've had for 2 months now and I recently decided I needed to take more short videos of her to see her grow. I'm looking for an app where I could add a short 5-10 second clip each day onto a longer ongoing video that can then be watched any time. Thanks for any ideas! [link] [comments] |
How many subscriptions do you have? Posted: 05 Jun 2021 01:10 AM PDT I am genuinely interested in this. We are in an era where almost everything has a subscription, even for a calculator app. I have a few but I'm starting to think that I may have a little too many (I have about 10 -15 if I have to guess). Thus, I'm interested in knowing how many of those do you have active. The only ones that I'm certain that I'm not going to cancel are Spotify and Netflix, but other than those, I'll assess whether I'm better off with an alternative, a free version or continue the subscriptions. Daily task tracking (not the usual ones) Posted: 04 Jun 2021 11:45 PM PDT Looking for an app that does daily task tracking in a specific way - ideally, what I'm looking for notifies you too make your list, has a widget so you can see it in the day, and then archives the list at the end of the day. The idea, and most important feature to me, is to clear the list every day so it doesn't get bogged down, but also you could reference things you didn't get to if you wanted to. Does an app like this exist? [link] [comments] |

Compatibility issues for videos downloaded via PlayIt app Posted: 04 Jun 2021 09:53 PM PDT The videos download from PlayIt isn't compatible to play on laptops. It could only be played on that app (or MX player). What I read from its FAQ section is that it uses some kind of smart muxer technology while downloading the videos. Does any one have any suggestions on how to make such videos universally streamable. [link] [comments] |
